VT4 launching with Mobistar

VT4, a Belgian broadcaster, has signed with Mobistar. The service will be a pre-paid SIM offer sold out of Mobistar locations. At this time this seems to be more of a brand agreement than an MVNO. 

TeleWare Mobile to target converged mobile and fixed enterprise market

TeleWare Mobile is launching a new mobile venture targeting channel partners within the UK converged fixed mobile market. The company is specifically going after the enterprise market.

Eyesvision launching in South Korea

Eyesvision have announced they have signed a deal with SK Telecom, with the intent to launch mobile services July 2011. The service is going to be 1 of 4 expected to launch in July. Their plan is to target expatriates and tourists at rates lower than the MNOs.
